Harman (Hindi)

Harman is an enthusiastic and passionate educator who is ready to take on a new role as a teacher and consultant at FastEdu. With a deep love for language and education, Harman brings a wealth of experience to this position, especially in teaching Hindi and sharing her knowledge of Hindi culture.

Harman, who is fluent in both Hindi and Punjabi, has been speaking these languages for over 15 and 20 years, respectively. Her language skills are not only a part of her personal background, but they have also shaped her career as a teacher and mentor. Harman taught elementary school children in India, where she learned the importance of connecting with young minds and making learning a fun and engaging experience. In addition to classroom teaching, she provided private tutoring for high school students, covering a wide range of subjects. Her ability to teach, support, and guide students of different ages has made her a versatile and capable educator.

Her academic journey recently took her to Coquitlam College in Vancouver, where she completed an Associate of Arts degree. This education, combined with her practical teaching experience, gives her a solid foundation to teach a variety of subjects. But what really sets Harman apart is her excitement about using technology in education. For the past 2.5 years, she has been using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with assignments and is now thrilled to bring this experience to FastEdu. She is eager to explore how AI can enhance the teaching and learning process, making it more interactive and engaging for her students.

Harman’s expertise extends beyond language teaching. She can also teach various practical skills such as cooking, cleaning, organizing, managing personal finances, writing emails, painting, and creative writing. Having recently completed a Creative Writing course, Harman is especially passionate about writing poetry and stories, and she looks forward to inspiring her students to explore their own creative potential. Her ability to analyze poetry and stories makes her an ideal teacher for students who want to deepen their understanding of literature and writing.

As she steps into her role at FastEdu, Harman is eager to bring her diverse set of skills and experiences to help students learn Hindi, explore Indian culture, and make use of AI tools in the process. She believes that technology and education can work hand in hand to create dynamic, fun, and effective learning environments. With her background, passion, and forward-thinking approach, Harman is well-equipped to make a meaningful impact at FastEdu and inspire her students to reach new heights.
